Maintaining an arm’s length from others is crucial, and participants should only engage with others of a similar size or age. Parents must supervise children under 42 inches tall for jumping activities, and the junior Ninja Warrior course is designated for those under 4 feet tall. The age range for climbers using the NetWORX system is 2 to 10 years.
